The Ioniq 5 N specs come equipped with a dual-motor, all-wheel-drive configuration that delivers an impressive 601 horsepower in normal driving conditions. However, when the N Grin Boost feature is activated, the powertrain can temporarily reach a maximum of 641 horsepower. This gives drivers an exhilarating boost of power when needed. The all-wheel-drive system allows for power distribution to the front or rear wheels, providing dynamic control and enhanced performance.
EV Range + Charging
With an 84.0-kWh battery pack, the Ioniq 5 N offers an impressive range. Although the EPA has yet to provide official range estimates, it’s expected to achieve around 313 km per charge. Charging the Ioniq 5 N is convenient and fast, thanks to the DC connection that supports a charging capability of up to 238 kW. Hyundai claims that the Ioniq 5 N can complete two laps on the Nürburgring Nordschleife without any performance loss. In Endurance mode, it can also complete twenty minutes of track time, recharge in another 20 minutes on a DC connection, and then complete an additional 20 minutes of track time.
Design
The Ioniq 5 N features muscular design elements that set it apart from its more pedestrian counterparts. It showcases a large rear diffuser, wider fenders, bigger brakes, stickier tires, and a racier nosepiece.
