This is coming from a Mazda owner, looking for tires and rims for two of our vehicles (one also being a Hyundai). I dealt specifically with Jensen Macdonald, Corey Whitney and Josh Miller. These 3 people all left me very happy and stress-free during the whole process. They provided great pricing, and were very understanding. The level of detail they provided was very much appreciated, they explained the products thoroughly and were able to answer every question I had. As a Mazda owner, they have made me consider what life might be like in a Hyundai... 10/10 I would deal with these great people again. Excellent experience.

January this year I purchased a used Hyundai Elantra from this dealership. About a month later a major issue was discovered. Even though there wasn't technically a warranty on it they worked with me as well as the manufacturer to fix the problem @ no cost. Service was excellent! Customer service fantastic! They stand behind their vehicles even when they're not new!

Loved the vehicle that I have purchased. Dominique and Roy were amazing to deal with. Financing was easy and very fast. Overall experience was fantastic. Next vehicle will definitely be with myers.

I bought my Hyundai Elantra GT in October of 2019. I've loved driving the car and and have had nothing but good service , since day one ( Victoria was fantastic). Last week my battery died and we tried to boost the car 3 times but it wouldn't charge. The Hyundai road side team sent a tow truck and took the car back to Kanata Hyundai. My alternator was fried by a reverse charge that we must have created and unfortunately an alternator for a brand new car is not usually kept in stock ( no expectation that there will be issues with a new alternator). Jackie let me know that I would be waiting until one could be shipped from Korea. I resigned myself to the fact that I wouldn't see my car until mid to late July. 1 week later I am driving my car and am beyond impressed with the service department . When I went to pick up my car, my paperwork was missing and they had no clue what I was to pay. The service department handed me my keys and said we'll call you tomorrow. Who trusts like that anymore? I drove away with what I thought was $2000 worth of repair done and paid nothing. I kept offering my visa and they said " we trust you". Anyway, one day later I have paid for my alternator and the cost was far less than I had anticipated and , do to Jackie's superb service, I am now a loyal Hyundai customer. They did not know that I had been having a horribly stressful week, and I never thought an expensive car repair would end up being the light at the end of a very hectic week. Thanks to Kanata Hyundai Service!
