I bought my Hyundai Elantra GT in October of 2019. I've loved driving the car and and have had nothing but good service , since day one ( Victoria was fantastic). Last week my battery died and we tried to boost the car 3 times but it wouldn't charge. The Hyundai road side team sent a tow truck and took the car back to Kanata Hyundai. My alternator was fried by a reverse charge that we must have created and unfortunately an alternator for a brand new car is not usually kept in stock ( no expectation that there will be issues with a new alternator). Jackie let me know that I would be waiting until one could be shipped from Korea. I resigned myself to the fact that I wouldn't see my car until mid to late July. 1 week later I am driving my car and am beyond impressed with the service department . When I went to pick up my car, my paperwork was missing and they had no clue what I was to pay. The service department handed me my keys and said we'll call you tomorrow. Who trusts like that anymore? I drove away with what I thought was $2000 worth of repair done and paid nothing. I kept offering my visa and they said " we trust you". Anyway, one day later I have paid for my alternator and the cost was far less than I had anticipated and , do to Jackie's superb service, I am now a loyal Hyundai customer. They did not know that I had been having a horribly stressful week, and I never thought an expensive car repair would end up being the light at the end of a very hectic week. I recently purchased a 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe from Kanata Myers Hyundai and I have to say that it was one of the most positive vehicle purchasing experiences that I have had, and I have purchased a good number of vehicles over the years. Although all the staff we encountered were excellent, I would single out the sales rep, Kingsley Uzuegbu, for particular praise. We found him to be very pleasant to deal with. He was attentive without being pushy and that went a long way to making the purchase a more pleasant experience. I would also add that the sales manager, Jason, and the business manager, Roy, were also very good. Based on my personal experience, I have no difficulty in highly recommending Kanata Myers Hyundai to anyone who is considering a vehicle purchase.

Recently bought a Kona trend 1.6T from Myers and couldn’t be happier. The salesman Dominic was pleasant and informative from the start and helped me find the right fit for my lifestyle. He wasn’t pushy and he didn’t try to up sell me on unneeded features or models. His suggestion were perfect and helped me find the right price and structure for my budget. Additionally, the finance guy Roy was straight up with me and helped me get a good deal on the warranty and a better price when I wasn’t sure about the financing. Would highly recommend buying a vehicle here and asking for Dominic and Roy.
