2020 Hyundai Elantra Dealership
The perfect combination of style, safety, and performance make this year's Hyundai Elantra one of the most popular sedans in its class. Hyundai makes the budget-friendly Elantra in four trims - Elantra (base), Preferred, Luxury, and Ultimate.
Power and Performance to Spare
Hyundai equips all Elantra models with a 147-hp 2.0L MPI Atkinson in-line 4 cylinder engine. At 8.3/6.4/7.4L per 100km (city/hwy), the new Elantra goes a long way on a modest fifty-three-litre fuel tank. Base trims come with a six-speed manual transmission, while all others get an Intelligent Variable automatic transmission. Unibody construction combined with MacPherson struts/coil springs in the front, and Torsion Axle suspension in the rear, deliver exceptional ride quality.
Entertainment Comes Standard
Every 2020 Hyundai Elantra comes with an AM/FM/MP3 infotainment system controlled by a colour touchscreen display. Base models get a five-inch screen, Preferred, and Luxury models get a larger seven-inch screen, while Ultimate editions get an eight-inch display. Android Auto and Apple CarPlay come standard starting at the Preferred trim, and SiriusXM satellite radio gets added at the Luxury level. Ultimate owners enjoy Infinity eight-speaker sound and factory-installed navigation, as well. Every trim comes with an iPod/USB/auxiliary input, a rearview camera with dynamic guidelines, and Bluetooth connectivity for hands-free calling and music streaming.

Interior Comforts
Standard or available creature comforts like heated seats, leather upholstery, and dual-zone automatic temperature control deliver exceptional comfort on this year's Elantra. Convenience features include proximity keyless entry with push-button ignition, a hands-free Smart Trunk, and power windows with driver's side auto-up featuring pinch protection. All models come with a digital driver information display located within the instrument cluster. A leather-wrapped, heated steering wheel comes standard on all but base models, as well.
Exceptionally Safe
All 2020 Elantra models come with anti-lock brakes, Electronic Stability Control, and Traction Control. For child safety, a power window lock-out button and safety locks (rear) also come standard on every new Elantra. Notable driver-assist technologies include Hyundai's Blind Spot Detection with Rear Cross-Traffic Alert, Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist with Pedestrian Detection, and Lane Departure Warning systems.
What Makes the 2020 Hyundai Elantra Stand Out?
The new Elantra offers a nice mix of style, fuel economy, and standard safety features at MSRPs that can't be beat. Base Essential trims start well below $20,000. At the same time, top-tier Ultimate editions sell for less than many manufacturer's base models in the same class.
A Compact Car Filled with Features
The Hyundai Elantra is one of the leading passenger cars in Canada, consistently appearing in the top five best-sellers lists. The model combines streamlined looks, surprisingly powerful performance, and a range of interior comforts that go beyond its compact size and affordable price.
The most recent update of the Hyundai Elantra is for sale in Kanata now at Myers Hyundai, and we carry all the trim levels and options you need. Choose the Essential model to get on the road for the most affordable price, or move up to the Luxury or Ultimate editions to enjoy a huge range of comforts and technologies.
But whichever version of the Elantra you choose, here are just some of the reasons you should visit us to arrange a test drive.
Hyundai Elantra Design and Appearance
There are two body formats of the Hyundai Elantra for sale in Kanata, a hatchback and a sedan. Both are compact passenger cars with a seating capacity of five, and the legroom in both the
front and rear seats is surprisingly generous for a car of this size. The outward design is sleek and good looking, projecting a modern sporty feel without being extravagant.
Powertrain, Performance, and Fuel Economy
The standard Elantra engine is a 2.0L I4 design which provides 147 horsepower, which is ample power for a compact passenger car. However, there's also a turbo option if you're looking for even more performance. The transmission is a six-speed CVT or six-speed manual, powering front wheel drive. Overall fuel economy is estimated at 9.2L / 100km in the city and 6.5L / 100km on the highway, making the Elantra a great low-cost car to drive.
