Choose how much power you're looking for with either the standard 2.0 L engine with 147 horsepower and 6-speed automatic transmission or the 1.6 L Turbocharged GDI with 201 horsepower, 195 lb-ft of torque and either a 6-speed manual transmission or 7-speed dual clutch transmission.
3. Incredible Performance
Become one with your vehicle thanks to Torque Vectoring Control that brings you improved performance on twists and turns. TVC applies precision braking to the inside front wheel when navigating a turn for improved grip and stability. Turbo models are fitted with a McPherson strut front suspension, coil springs, gas shock absorbers, and a 24-mm diameter front stabilizer bar. The rear suspension is a lightweight independent multi-link design to further control body roll. There's also gas-pressurized shock absorbers in the rear suspension for ride comfort with excellent control.

Like all Hyundai models, the Veloster has the SUPERSTRUCTURE chassis at its core. It's built with Advanced High Strength Steel and designed to be stronger, stiffer, and lighter than conventional steel. This results in greater safety, comfort, and fuel economy. Should a collision occur, the SUPERSTRUCTURE will absorb harmful energy and redirect it away from the passenger compartment. When it comes to driver assists, there's Blind-Spot Collision Warning with Lane Change Assist, Rear Cross-Traffic Collision Warning, Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist, and Lean-Departure Warning with Lane-Keeping Assist to help keep you confident on the roads.
5. Interior Comforts
Enjoy standard heated front seats and steering wheel as well as the extra-wide power sunroof in the Hyundai Veloster. There's also available automatic climate control to set your ideal temperature and let the system automatically monitor
